This is one of the first views seen of Granite Creek as you start the scenic drive through the Gros Ventre Wilderness.

Granite Creek Road is dirt/gravel. It is 7 miles from US Highway 189/191 to Granite Falls and Granite Hot Springs. Granite Creek Campground is at an elevation of 7100 feet. It offers 52 campsites on a first come first serve basis. Be prepared for a bumpy ride if you take you motorhome down this scenic dirt road.
