The kayakers gather in an eddy to the side of the main rush of water
and wait their turn to enter the mayhem created when the swollen creek
rushes over an obstacle in the creek bed.
Spectors gather everyday, to watch this recreational sport.

Sometimes you wonder if these kayakers will ever right themselves.
So far all of them have.
