Key West is famous for their feral chickens and roosters. We see them everywhere but it is a bit unusual to see this hen and several chicks so close to Duval Street. For those of you not familiar with Key West Duval Street is a busy main street with thousands of people walking up and down the sidewalk every day.
Southernmost Cafe and Beach located on the extreme south end of Duval Street

South Duval Street has many exotic plants to tantalize your eyes. However, few plants have the effect of royal palm trees and these are some truly spectacular specimens visible from Duval Street.
The Bull & Whistle Bar on Duval Street in Key West
The Bull and Whistle Bar is one of the more popular places in Key West. Actually the Bull is on the first floor while the Whistle Bar is located on the second floor. The Bull and Whistle Bar is located on north Duval at the corner of Caroline Street.
Pete's Piano Bar is located on north Duval Street near the Bull & Whistle Bar
Pete's Piano Bar is new in Key West. The first time we saw Pete's was in January of 2012. However, Pete's Piano Bar was an immediate hit. We seemed to stop by Pete's several nights a week and never tired of the entertainment.
