Lander is a bustling community in south central Wyoming with a downtown
area lined with specialty shops and historic buildings.
Lander Day Lillies
These beautiful day lilies were in someone's yard just outside the
free campground at Lander City Park. We enjoyed them every time we entered
and exited the campground.
Lander City Park Free Overnight Camping
Lander is a nice place to visit. The free overnight camping makes it
even nicer. They really have a beautiful city park.

This small foot bridge over the Middle Popo Agie River is actually
in the free overnight camping area of Lander City Park.

area at Lander City Park.
Tent campers used the grass area under those trees across the street.
Bath house at Lander City Park
We did not utilize the bath houses but a lot of tent campers were.
I suspect they are clean and nice from the appearance of everything
else in the park.
